这表示在发动机运行期间，通向钥匙开关的蓄电池电路存在间歇性状况或蓄电池电量不足状态。
注: 快速循环钥匙开关即可产生该代码。 车上有些控制模块需要进行此操作，以便触发闪光代码。 如果这种情况发生了，应清除记录的诊断代码，以防将来引起混淆或得出不正确的诊断。
注: 此代码也可以因为在停机后立即尝试重新起动发动机而产生。 如果发动机转速在重新起动之前没有达到 0 rpm，发动机无法起动。
系统响应:
ECM 将记录诊断代码并触发快照。 该诊断代码为激活状态的同时，检查发动机指示灯亮起。 ECM 停止对喷油器电磁阀的通电。
