Apply 8C-8422 Sealant to the front housing sealing surfaces before assembling the front housing to the cylinder block. The front housing must be assembled and the front housing must be tightened to the cylinder block within ten minutes.

(3) Length of bolts that are marked location (W) ... 50.0 mm (1.97 inch)
(4) Length of bolts that are marked location (X) ... 20.0 mm (0.79 inch)
(5) Length of bolts that are marked location (Y) ... 30.0 mm (1.18 inch)
(6) Front housing cover
(7) Length of bolts that are marked location (Z) ... 60.0 mm (2.36 inch)
(8) Apply 155-0695 Thread Lock Compound to the serrations on the brake studs before installing.
