In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS42676" as the Part Number
and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.
If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

The existing hose assembly between the main valve and ride control accumulator can fail on certain 966H and 972H Wheel Loaders that are equipped with the Ride Control Attachment.
NOTE: The Affected Product for this Product Support Program includes machines that were not configured with the Ride Control attachment from the factory. This is to ensure machines with Field Installed Ride Control Kits are covered by the Program. If a machine doesn't have Ride Control Installed this Program is not applicable. |

|
1. Remove the existing hose and elbow between the ride control accumulator and main valve. See Image 1.1.1. |

2. Install 8C-3443 Straight Connector with 7M-8485 Seal at the ride control accumulator. Tighten to a torque of 150 +/- 15 Nm (110 +/- 11 lbft). Install 5K-9090 Seal into the groove. See Image 1.2.1. |

3. Install a 6V-9854 Elbow and tighten to a torque of 165 +/- 15 Nm (122 +/- 11 lbft). Install 5K-9090 Seal into the groove. The elbow should be oriented as shown in Image 1.2.1 angled slightly to the machine centerline. |

4. Replace the existing 5K-9090 Seal at the main valve. Install the 90 degree end of the 325-5018 Hose to the main valve as shown in Image 1.2.1, but do not fully tighten. The orientation of this fitting will be adjusted later. |

5. Install the straight end of the 325-5018 Hose to the elbow at the ride control accumulator. Ensure there is no assembly twist in the hose and tighten to a torque of 165 +/- 15 Nm (122 +/- 11 lbft). See Image 1.2.1. |
|
6. Adjust the orientation of the 90 degree end of the 325-5018 Hose to ensure clearance between the hose, front frame plate, and lift tube. Tighten to a torque of 165 +/- 15 Nm (122 +/- 11 lbft). See Image 1.6.1. |
