Crankshaft Rear Seal

A new crankshaft rear seal has a plastic sleeve inside the seal. The plastic sleeve is used to protect the seal. The plastic sleeve is also used to assemble the seal to the engine. The seal must be aligned to the engine. Use the alignment tool Ft-2806.

Note: If the crankshaft flange has a wear groove, use a 209-8228 Sleeve to renew the sealing surface before the housing assembly is installed.
