Use the following procedure to install the actuator lever:

1. Hold the actuator control shaft in the SHUTOFF position (5) .

2. Loosen bolt (7) and rotate the lever (6) to the closed angle (A) that is 20 + 10 - 0 degrees.

3. Tighten bolt (7) .

Use the following procedure to install the carburetor lever:

1. Hold the throttle plate closed.

2. Loosen bolt (8) and rotate carburetor lever (9) to closed angle (C) that is 40 degrees.

3. Tighten bolt (8) .

Use the following procedure to install the carburetor control rod:

1. Hold lever (6) in the SHUTOFF position (5) .

2. Adjust carburetor control rod (3) until the rod fits between carburetor lever (9) and lever (6) .

3. Ensure that there is no binding during full travel of the control linkage.

4. Torque the jam nuts (4) to 13 ± 3 N·m (115 ± 27 lb in).
