Emergency Stop Push Button - Test
Perform this test during engine operation.
- Press the emergency stop button on the engine's control panel.
If the protective system is operating correctly, a shutdown will be activated.

- To reset the button, turn the button clockwise or pull the button.
The spring-loaded button will return to the OUT position.
- Acknowledge the alarm and reset the control system.
- Restart the engine. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for any remaining emergency stop buttons on the vessel.
