Table 3
Connector A Detailed Description
Contact Number     Description
DC power supply negative. System DC negative input (Battery negative).
DC power supply positive. System DC positive input. (Battery positive).
Emergency stop input. Internally connected to the starter output and the fuel output. If this input is not connected to positive, the module will be locked out. If the engine is running, the engine will shutdown immediately. Positive supply is also removed from the starter output and the fuel output. Only a single pole emergency shutdown button is required.
Fuel relay output. Power supply positive from Contact 3. Used to control the fuel solenoid.
Starter relay output. Power supply positive from Contact 3. Used to control the starting motor.
Programmable relay output 1. Power supply positive. Configurable output. Refer to the "P808 For Windows" manual for the options that are available.
Programmable relay output 2. Power supply positive. Configurable output. Refer to the "P808 For Windows" manual for the options that are available.
Charge fail input/excitation output. Supplies excitation to the power battery charging alternator, also an input for the charge fail detection circuitry.
Oil pressure input. This is a negative switched input, it is possible to calibrate the input to be a normally closed signal or a normally open signal. The input signals to the module that the oil pressure is low.
Coolant temperature input. This is a negative switched input. The input can be calibrated in order to be a normally closed signal or a normally open signal. The input signals to the module that the engine temperature is high.
Programmable input 1. This is a negative switched configurable input. Refer to the "P808 For Windows" manual for the options that are available. It is possible to configure the input to be a normally closed signal or a normally open signal.
Programmable input 2. This is a negative switched configurable input. Refer to the "P808 For Windows" manual for the options that are available. It is possible to configure the input to be a normally closed signal or a normally open signal.
Remote initiate contact. This is a negative switched input which will start the engine when AUTO is selected. It is possible to configure the input to be a normally open signal or a normally closed signal.
