Grounding Practices
为了优化发动机性能和可靠性,正确接地是十分必要的。 不正确的接地会造成电路不可控制和不可靠。
不受控制的电路会对主轴承、连杆轴颈表面和铝质部件造成损坏。 还会引起电子设备和信息交换性能变差。
确保所有的接地可靠并且没有腐蚀。
发动机交流发电机必须通过一根足可以承受其全额充电电流的电线接地到蓄电池的负极("-")接线端。
对起动马达,不要让蓄电池负极端子接触发动机机体。

本发动机配备了24伏起动系统。 跨接增强起动只允许使用相同电压。 使用电焊机或更高电压将损坏电气系统。 |
将用户提供的接地带把发动机机体接地。 把该接地带连接到地面。
使用一个单独接地带将控制系统蓄电池负极("-")接线端接地。
在发动机电子系统上工作时,断开电源。
如果使用橡胶连接器连接冷却系统钢管和散热器,钢管和散热器可被绝缘。 确保钢管和散热器持续接地到发动机上。 使用接地带旁通橡胶连接的管路。
