The Window Lock Lever Has Been Improved for Certain D Series Excavators {7310}

An improved window lock lever in now used on certain D Series Excavators. Excessive wear around the hole of the previous lever assembly resulted in the window not opening properly.

Refer to Table 1 for the adaptability and effectivity of the new lever assembly.

  1. Remove two plastic screw covers (3) .

  1. Remove two screws (4) from the handle.

  1. Remove three screws (6) that secure the lever assembly.

    Note: Do not break the screw head when removing the screw.

  1. Open the front window completely. Secure the window in the open position.

  1. Remove existing lever assembly.
