"VIEW ALARMS" key - The "VIEW ALARMS" feature records the highest cylinder temperature and the four latest alarms in non-volatile memory. These records are stored after power is removed from the system. To review the records, press the "VIEW ALARMS" key. |
When the "VIEW ALARMS" key is pressed, the status of the input for engine rotation is displayed first. If the circuit for the input is open, "ENGINE SENSE ACTIVE" is displayed. If the circuit for the input is closed, "ENGINE SENSE NOT ACTIVE" is displayed. For more information, refer to Systems Operation, "Start-Up Sequence".
When the "VIEW ALARMS" key is pressed again, the highest recorded cylinder temperature is displayed. The temperature is stored in memory until the record is cleared.
If any alarms have occurred, further pressing of the key results in the display of the four most recent alarms. The particular channel and the indication of the alarm is displayed. The most recent alarm is displayed first.
If a new alarm occurs, the oldest record is deleted. Each record is replaced by the subsequent record.
If no alarms are recorded and the highest cylinder temperature has been displayed, the display returns to the normal screen when the "VIEW ALARMS" key is pressed again.
