Description of Change: A new high efficiency fuel filter has been released for these engines. The Cat High Efficiency Fuel Filter was designed in order to provide protection of the precision fuel system of today. The new filter removes more contaminants, providing maximum performance and maximum component life.
The Cat High Efficiency Fuel Filter fights fuel contamination more effectively than the standard fuel filter. The critical component is a super-fine filtration media. The super-fine filtration media removes small particles that would pass through the standard oil filter.
The high efficiency fuel filter has the following benefits:
