New FLASH files are now available for 1998 model year C-10 and C-12 truck engines. The new FLASH files are designed to reduce engine oil sooting that occurs during Stop and Go Type Driving such as City Delivery.
Table 1 identifies the new FLASH File part numbers that are now available for 1998 model year C-10 truck engines.
