(1) Prior to installation, lubricate the O-ring seal and the bore in the cylinder head with silicone compound.
(2) Install a new gasket whenever the adapter is reinstalled
Note: Prior to installation, apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the outer threads of the adapter.
(3) Torque for the adapter ... 95 ± 7 N·m (70 ± 5 lb ft)
