- 清理表面 (6) 和水泵的配合面。

- 检查 O 形密封圈的状况。 必要时，更换密封件。
- 将 O 形密封圈安装到水泵 (5) 上。

- 将水泵 (5) 定位到发动机前端。 安装四条螺栓 (4) 和螺栓 (3) 。
- 将软管 (2) 连接到水泵 (5) 上。 安装软管卡箍 (1) 。
- 利用工具 (A) 将驱动皮带安装到交流发电机的驱动皮带轮上。
- 向冷却系统加注冷却液到正确的液位。 请参阅操作和保养手册，了解正确的加注程序。
