- 将驱动齿轮 (12) 定位到单体喷油器液压泵上。 将垫圈 (11) 和螺栓 (10) 安装到单体喷油器液压泵上。 拧紧螺栓 (10) ，使其扭矩达到 110 ± 14 N·m (81 ± 10 lb ft)。

- 用清洁的机油润滑 O 形密封圈 (9) 。 将 O 形密封圈安装到单体喷油器液压泵上。
- 将单体喷油器液压泵 (6) 定位到正时齿轮壳体上。 安装三条螺栓 (8) ，并将三条螺栓 (8) 上紧到 28 ± 7 N·m (20 ± 5 lb ft) 的扭矩。

- 安装电缆带 (7) 。
- 将回油管路组件 (4) 安装到发动机缸体和接头 (3) 上。

- 重新连接线束组件 (2) 。
- 利用工具 (A) 安装管路组件 (1) 。
- 安装软管组件 (5) 并将软管组件锁定就位。 通过施加压力将软管组件卡入每端的快速接头中。
注: 务必通过回拉软管检查连接情况。
