- 将挡板 (4) 安装到动臂油缸销上。 安装螺栓 (3) 。 将适当的起吊设备连接到动臂 (18) 上。 动臂 (18) 和斗杆油缸的重量范围大约为 1500 kg 至 3000 kg (3300 lb 至 6615 lb)。 将动臂定位到机器的上部机架内。 确保上部机架和动臂内的销孔对齐。

- 测量在动臂基座销组件孔处动臂与上部机架之间的总间隙。 尺寸 (a) 加尺寸 (b) 的总间隙不得超过 0.80 mm (0.03 in)。 如果总间隙小于 0.80 mm (0.03 in)，动臂和上部机架之间将不需要加垫片。 如果总间隙大于 0.80 mm (0.03 in)，请添加正确厚度的垫片以便获得所需的间隙。
