Control Valve (Medium Pressure) - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
- Install backup rings (39) and (42). Install O-ring seals (38), (40), and (41). Install rings (36) and bolts (37). Tighten bolts (37) to a torque of 2.7 N·m (24 lb in). Install ring (34) and nut (35). Install pressure valve (33). Tighten pressure valve (33) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

- Install O-ring seals (31) and ring (32). Install ring (30) and nut (29). Install relief valve (28). Tighten relief valve (28) to a torque of 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

- Install cone (23), washer (24), spring (25), set screw (27), and nut (26). Tighten nut (26) to a torque of 40 N·m (30 lb ft). Install cover (22) .

- Install throttle valve (18), locknut (21), plug (20), and O-ring seal (19). Tighten locknut (21) to a torque of 20 N·m (15 lb ft). Tighten plug (20) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft). Install cover (17) .

- Install spool (12). Install washers (14) and (13). Install springs (11) and (15). Install O-ring seals (10) and (16). Install covers (8) and (9). Tighten covers (8) and (9) to a torque of 90 N·m (66 lb ft).

- Install nut (4). Tighten nut (4) to a torque of 15 N·m (11 lb ft). Install cap (3). Install O-ring seals (5), (6), and (7) .

- Install solenoid valve (2) and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 2.7 N·m (24 lb in).

- Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for the remaining solenoid valve.
End By: Install the control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Medium Pressure) - Install".
