Disassembly Procedure

- Install O-ring seals (78) and (79). Install plugs (76) and (77). Tighten plug (76) to a torque of 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

- Install O-ring seals (74) and (75). Install valve assembly (73). Tighten valve assembly (73) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

- Install ball (69), spring (70), retainer (71), washers (72), and plug (68). Tighten plug (72) to a torque of 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

- Install backup rings (64) and (66). Install O-ring seals (65) and (67). Install cartridge assembly (63). Tighten cartridge assembly (63) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

- Install backup rings (56), (58), and (61). Install O-ring seals (57), (59), (60), and (62) .

- Install valve (51) and O-ring seal (48). Tighten valve (51) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft). Install solenoid (49) and O-ring seal (50). Install O-ring seal (52) and solenoid (53). Install O-ring seal (54) and actuator assembly (55). Tighten actuator assembly (55) to a torque of 2.7 N·m (24 lb in).
- Install backup rings (43) and (45). Install O-ring seals (44), (46), and (47) .

- Install valve (39) and O-ring seal (38). Tighten valve (39) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

- Install solenoid (40). Install actuator assembly (42) and O-ring seal (41). Tighten actuator assembly (42) to a torque of 2.7 N·m (24 lb in).
- Repeat Steps 7 through 9 for the remaining solenoid valves.
- Install O-ring seal (37) .

- Install pressure sensor (36). Tighten pressure sensor (36) to a torque of 30 ± 2 N·m (22 ± 1 lb ft).
- Repeat Steps 11 and 12 for the remaining pressure sensor.
- Install O-ring seals (34) and (35) .

- Install check valve (33). Tighten check valve (33) to a torque of 5 N·m (44 lb in).
- Install backup rings (26), (28), and (31). Install O-ring seals (27), (29), (30), and (32) .

- Install directional control valve (25). Tighten control valve (25) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft).
- Use Tooling (A) to install check valve (24). Tighten check valve (24) to a torque of 30 N·m (22 lb ft). Install accumulator (23) .

- Install O-ring seals (20), (21), and (22) on solenoid valve (19) .

- Position solenoid valve (19) and install bolts (18). Tighten bolts (18) to a torque of 2.7 N·m (24 lb in).
- Repeat Steps 19 and 20 for the remaining solenoid valve.
- Install cover (13), locknut (14), and O-ring seals (15), (16), and (17) on solenoid valve (12). Tighten locknut (14) to a torque of 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

- Position solenoid valve (12) and install bolts (11). Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of 2.7 N·m (24 lb in).
- Install O-ring seals (8), (9), and (10) on pressure valve (6) .

- Install O-ring seals (4) and (5) .
- Install solenoid valve (2), body (3), and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 9.5 N·m (84 lb in).
End By: Install the control manifold (pilot oil). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Manifold (Pilot Oil) - Install".
