Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the control manifold (pilot oil). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Manifold (Pilot Oil) - Remove".

1. Remove bolts (1), body (3), and solenoid valve (2) .

2. Remove O-ring seals (4) and (5) .

3. Remove bolts (7) and pressure valve (6) .

4. Remove O-ring seals (8), (9), and (10) from pressure valve (6) .

5. Remove bolts (11) and solenoid valve (12) .

6. Remove cover (13), locknut (14), and O-ring seals (15), (16), and (17) from solenoid valve (12) .

7. Remove bolts (18) and solenoid valve (19) .

8. Remove O-ring seals (20), (21), and (22) from solenoid valve (19) .

9. Repeat Steps 7 and 8 for the remaining solenoid valve.

10. Remove accumulator (23). Use Tooling (A) to remove check valve (24) .

11. Remove directional control valve (25) .

12. Remove O-ring seals (27), (29), (30), and (32). Remove backup rings (26), (28), and (31) .

17. Repeat Steps 15 and 16 for the remaining pressure sensor.

18. Remove actuator assembly (42), O-ring seal (41), solenoid (40), valve (39), and O-ring seal (38) .

20. Repeat Steps 18 and 19 for the remaining solenoid valves.

22. Remove O-ring seals (57), (59), (60), and (62). Remove backup rings (56), (58), and (61) .

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force. Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment. Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
