- 使用工具 (C) 将轴承 (25) 安装在飞轮壳中。
注: 轴承上的裂口位置应保持角度 (XX) ，即与水平中心线成 23 ± 10 度。 轴承应当安装到深度 (YY) ，即 1.5 ± 0.5 mm (0.06 ± 0.02 in)。

- 将止推垫圈 (24) 的定位销安装在飞轮壳中。
注: 定位销应从飞轮壳表面伸出的距离为 3.0 ± 0.2 mm (0.12 ± 0.01 in)。
- 将止推垫圈 (24) 安装在飞轮壳中的定位销上。
- 将齿轮 (23) 固定在飞轮壳中，然后将输出轴 (22) 安装在齿轮 (23) 中。

- 将止推垫圈 (18) 安装在盖组件 (17) 中的定位销上。 用螺栓 (16) 将盖组件 (17) 固定至飞轮壳。
- 使用工具 (C) 和适当的压力机将轴承 (14) 安装在托架组件 (11) 中。
注: 轴承上的裂口位置应保持角度 (X) ，即与托架组件中上部螺栓孔的中心线成 112 ± 10 度。 轴承应当安装到深度 (Y) ，即 1.6 ± 0.5 mm (0.06 ± 0.02 in)。

- 将 O 形密封圈 (15) 和唇型密封 (13) 安装到托架组件中。 用密封的润滑剂略微润滑唇型密封 (13) 。
注: 唇型密封 (13) 的安装深度应为 2.5 ± 0.5 mm (0.1 ± 0.02 in)。
- 将托架组件 (11) 安装到飞轮壳中。 安装螺栓 (10) 。

- 使用工具 (B) 和适当的压力机将轴承 (9) 安装在齿轮中。
注: 轴承溢油槽 (V) 必须与齿轮上的溢油槽 (U) 对正，偏差在 2 度以内。 轴承 (9) 不得伸出齿轮任一表面。

- 将工具 (A) 安装在曲轴中。 将新 O 形密封圈安装在曲轴齿轮 (5) 上。
- 安装曲轴齿轮 (5) 。
- 将盖 (4) 和垫片在飞轮壳上固定到位，然后安装螺栓 (3) 。

注: 一些飞轮壳具有用于盖 (4) 的定位销。 如果飞轮壳没有这些定位销，必须小心确保盖正确对正。 确保防尘唇和曲轴齿轮之间的间隙一致，以免损坏曲轴密封件。
