- 拆下螺栓 (1) 和曲轴密封件 (2) 。
- 拆下螺栓 (3) 、盖 (4) 和密封垫。 检验密封垫的状况。 必要时，更换密封垫。
- 从曲轴上拆下曲轴齿轮 (5) 。 从曲轴齿轮 (5) 上拆下 O 形密封圈。

- 拆下工具 (A) 。
- 拆下将轴 (7) 固定至飞轮壳的螺栓 (6) 。
- 使用撬杆拆下轴 (7) 和齿轮组件 (8) 。

- 检查齿轮组件中的轴承状况。 如有必要，使用工具 (B) 和适当的压力机从齿轮上拆卸轴承 (9) 。

- 拆下将托架组件 (11) 固定至飞轮壳的螺栓 (10) 。 在位置 (12) 安装两个彼此相对的螺栓 (10) 。 将这两个螺栓用作顶出螺钉以拆卸托架组件 (11) 。

- 从托架组件 (11) 上拆下 O 形密封圈 (15) 和唇型密封 (13) 。

- 检查轴承 (14) 的状况。 如有必要，使用工具 (C) 和适当的压力机从托架组件 (11) 上拆卸轴承 (14) 。
- 拆卸螺栓 (16) 、盖组件 (17) 和止推垫圈 (18) 。 更换O 形密封圈。

- 检查止推垫圈 (18) 的状况。 如有必要，更换止推垫圈 (18) 。
注: 止推垫圈 (18) 的最小允许厚度为 4.665 mm (0.1837 in)。
- 检查盖组件 (17) 中止推垫圈 (18) 的定位销的状况。 如果需要更换，拆卸定位销。
- 从输出轴拆卸螺栓 (19) 和止推片 (20) 。

- 将止推垫圈 (24) 从飞轮壳上拆下。

- 检查止推垫圈 (24) 的状况。 如有必要，更换止推垫圈 (24) 。
注: 止推垫圈 (24) 的最小允许厚度为 4.665 mm (0.1837 in)。
- 检查飞轮壳中止推垫圈 (24) 的定位销的状况。 如果需要更换，拆卸定位销。
- 检查轴承 (25) 的状况。 如有必要，使用工具 (C) 从飞轮壳拆卸轴承 (25) 。
