- 组装前，确保机油泵的所有零件清洁。
注: 利用干净的机油润滑机油泵的所有内构件。
- 将机油卸压柱塞 (13) 和弹簧 (14) 安装到机油泵壳体组件 (7) 内。 安装垫圈和螺栓。

- 安装螺栓 (10) 。 将驱动齿轮 (8) 和轴组件 (12) 定位到机油泵壳体组件 (7) 内。 利用适当的压具将驱动齿轮 (8) 压到轴组件 (12) 上，直到驱动齿轮 (8) 与轴组件 (12) 的端部齐平为止。 将轴组件 (11) 安装到机油泵壳体 (9) 内。 将泵壳合到一起。 拧紧螺栓 (10) 。

注: 安装螺栓 (10) 后再将驱动齿轮 (8) 压到轴组件 (12) 上。 此螺栓位于驱动齿轮 (8) 的下方。
- 安装机油泵轴 (6) 。 将轴承安装到惰轮 (5) 中。 安装轴承，使惰轮 (5) 的轮毂螺栓面和轴承间的距离为 0.75 ± 0.25 mm (0.030 ± 0.010 in)。 将惰轮 (5) 安装到机油泵轴 (6) 上。 安装垫圈 (4) 和螺栓 (3) 。 将螺栓 (3) 上紧到 70 ± 15 N·m (52 ± 11 lb ft)。
