Tank and Filter (Hydraulic) - Install
Hydraulic Tank Installation Procedure
- Fasten Tooling (A) and a hoist to hydraulic tank. Put the hydraulic tank in position on the frame of the machine.

- Install the four bolts (23) and the spacers that hold it in place. Tighten the four bolts to a torque of 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft).

- Install P-clamp (22) and bolt (21) that secures it.

- Connect electrical connector (19), and install wire ties (20).

- Install hose (18), and tighten hose clamps (17) .

- Install two electrical connectors (14).

- Install two hose assemblies (15) and (16).
- Install plate (13). Install bolts (12), and tighten bolts (11).

- Install side cover (10) and three bolts (9).

- Install bolt (8).

- Install front cover (7) and two bolts (6) that secure it.

- Install support (5) and three bolts (4) that secure it.

- Install two bolts (3) that secure the governor motor control to support (5).
- Install plate (2) and two bolts (1) that secure it.

- Make sure the drain plug for the hydraulic tank is tight. Tighten the drain plug to a torque of 68 ± 7 N·m (50 ± 5 lb ft).
Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the proper filling procedure and the proper levels for the hydraulic oil system.
- Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level.
End By: Install the hydraulic filter group. Refer to the hydraulic filter installation procedure.
Hydraulic Filter Installation Procedure
Start By:
- Install the hydraulic tank. Refer to the hydraulic tank installation procedure.
- Install the filter in the reverse order of the removal steps.
Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the proper filling procedure and the proper levels for the hydraulic oil system.
- Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level.
