-	All bores must be free of paint. Use 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to coat all bores for the pins, the stick , upper frame, the bushing, and the cylinder pin bores.
1	2	096-0854 Lip Type Seal	Lubricate lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
2	2	137-2919 Bushing	Bore before assembly is 80.250 to 80.335 mm (3.1594 to 3.1628 inch).
2	2	137-2919 Bushing	Installation depth is 7.0 ± 0.5 mm (0.28 ± 0.02 inch)
3	6	8T-4956 Bolt	Torque to 100 ± 20 N·m (74 ± 15 lb ft).
4	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	133-2425 Shim	Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
	1	129-6158 Shim	Thickness is 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
5	2	8T-4780 Bolt	Torque to 325 ± 40 N·m (240 ± 30 lb ft).
6	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	133-2424 Shim	Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
	1	093-0118 Shim	Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
7	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	133-2717 Shim	Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
	1	093-0097 Shim	Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
8	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	093-0086 Shim	Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
	1	7Y-2496 Shim	Thickness is 1.6 mm (0.06 inch).
9	1	172-5853 Pin As	Diameter is 59.850 ± 0.025 mm (2.3563 ± 0.0010 inch).
10	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	093-0065 Shim	Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
	1	099-7091 Shim	Thickness is 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
11	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	129-6158 Shim	Thickness is 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
	1	129-6159 Shim	Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
12	1	173-1343 Pin	Diameter is 79.950 ± 0.025 mm (3.1476 ± 0.0010 inch).
