All bores must be free of paint. Use 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to coat all bores for the pins, the stick, stub boom, and the cylinder pin bores.
1	2	139-6831 Bushing	Bore before assembly is 80.250 ± 0.020 mm (3.1594 ± 0.0008 inch).
2	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	133-2425 Shim	Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
	1	093-0115 Shim	Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
3	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	093-0083 Shim	Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
	1	7Y-2498 Shim	Thickness is 1.6 mm (0.06 inch).
4	3	8T-4780 Bolt	Torque to 325 ± 40 N·m (240 ± 30 lb ft).
5	1	151-3152 Pin As	Diameter is 79.850 ± 0.025 mm (3.1437 ± 0.0010 inch).
6	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	133-2717 Shim	Thickness is 0.5 mm (0.02 inch).
	1	093-0097 Shim	Thickness is 2.0 mm (0.08 inch).
7	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	093-0065 Shim	Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
	1	099-7091 Shim	Thickness is 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
8	1	172-5853 Pin As	Diameter is 59.850 ± 0.025 mm (2.3563 ± 0.0010 inch).
9	1	172-5857 Pin As	Diameter is 69.950 ± 0.025 mm (2.7539 ± 0.0010 inch).
10	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
	1	093-0086 Shim	Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
	1	7Y-2496 Shim	Thickness is 1.6 mm (0.06 inch).
11	As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch):
