- 拆卸前壳体。 请参考解体与组装, "前壳体 - 拆卸"。
- 拆卸飞轮壳体。 请参考解体与组装, "飞轮壳体 - 拆卸和安装"。
- 拆卸发动机机油泵。 请参考解体与组装, "发动机机油泵 - 拆卸"。
- 拆下油底壳护板。 请参考解体与组装, "发动机油底壳护板 - 拆卸和安装"。

- 转动曲轴，直到曲轴齿轮 (1) 上的正时标记 "C" 与凸轮轴齿轮 (2) 上的正时标记 "C" 对准。

- 从连杆上拆下连杆螺母 (4) 和连杆盖 (3) 。

- 向下推动不处于上止点的活塞，以便使曲轴转到不碍事的地方。

如果将活塞和连杆推入到缸套中过深，则可能损坏燃油喷嘴或活塞。 |
注: 在进气门和排气门关闭的情况下，活塞难以向下推入到气缸中。
- 从缸体中拆下主轴承盖螺栓 (5) 和主轴承盖 (6) 。
- 从后主轴承上拆下止推板 (7) 。

- 如图所示，在曲轴 (8) 上安装工具 (A) 和适当的举升设备。 将曲轴从缸体中垂直向上提升出来。 3304B 曲轴的重量为 65 kg (143 lb)。 3306B 曲轴的重量为 95 kg (210 lb)。

- 使用工具 (B) 从曲轴上拆下曲轴齿轮和油封承磨衬套。

- 分别从主轴承盖和缸体上拆下主轴承。 分别从连杆和连杆盖上拆下连杆轴承。
