- Install tank (11) and bolts (10) on the heat exchanger.

Illustration 2 g01093447 - Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to heat exchanger (8). The weight of the heat exchanger is approximately
66 kg (145 lb) . - Position heat exchanger (8) on the engine.
- Install bolts (9) on each side of the mounting bracket for heat exchanger (8).

- Connect harness assembly (4) to the coolant level sensor.

- Refill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
