PROBLEM
The sprocket bolts on certain 315C L Excavators might be tightened at a lower torque than specified, which can allow the sprocket to loosen from the final drive.AFFECTED PRODUCT

ACTION REQUIRED
- Release track group tension.
- Loosen the existing 7X2562 Bolts (M20).
- Mount the new 7X2562 Bolts with Loctite 242 (red) on the threads. Do not re-use the original bolts.
- Tighten the 7X2562 Bolts to 530 +/- 70 N.m.
- Repeat steps 1 thru 4 on the other sprocket.
