The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
Users noticed that snapshots are not able to be viewed after clicking the download button. The download will create the link to view the snapshot, but the link will not open any data to view.
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but an interim repair has not been defined. Back-office teams are working hard to identify the root cause and to develop a resolution as soon as possible.
