The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
Unable to subscribe devices in Dealer Service Portal (DSP) due to Universal Customer Identification (UCID) mismatch between DSP and Equipment Data (ED).
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but a permanent repair has not been defined. Engineering teams are working to resolve this issue. As an interim action, dealers experiencing the subscription issue can contact Product Support through Dealer Service Network (DSN) to have the data mismatch corrected on their assets.
