The P16, P20, P25 Pulverizers use a crushing jaw. One side of the jaw is stationary. The other side of the jaw is the arm. The arm moves.
The fixed jaw has three rows of crushing teeth. The center row of teeth is slightly above the outer row of teeth.
The teeth on the arm are adjusted to the same height.
The upper part of the jaw is equipped with cutting edges to shear the materials that are used in the concrete to reinforce the concrete.
The P28, P40, P60 Pulverizers use a crushing jaw. One side of the jaw is stationary. The other side of the jaw is the arm. The arm moves.
The fixed jaw has four rows of crushing teeth. The outer rows of teeth is slightly above the inner rows of teeth.
The cutters are mounted between the rows of teeth in order to shear the reinforcement that is in the material.
- Open the pulverizer jaw.
- Lower the pulverizer onto the structure. The leading edge of the structure should be inserted as far as possible into the jaw.

- Close the pulverizer arm on the structure. The loading of the teeth fractures the structure. After the initial fracturing of the structure, the second set of teeth on the stationary jaw contact the structure. The loading of the second set of teeth create new fractures in the structure. The broken concrete passes through the spaces between the rows of crushing teeth.
Note: Do not use the bucket cylinder or the swing of the host machine to help break the object. Do not rotate the work tool in order to help break the object.
