New Clips are Now Used in the Oil Cooler Lines Group on Certain 773G and 775G Off-Highway Trucks {1374, 5057}

Description Of Change: New clips are now used in the oil cooler lines group on certain 773G and 775G Off-Highway Trucks. The former 4D-7388 Clip has been replaced where the clip attaches the 364-2624 Hose As to the mounting plate for the 371-4797 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Lines Gp along the right inner frame.
The new 164-1549 Rod, 5P-7468 Clip, 5P-7469 Clip, and 5P-8444 Grommet are more robust and better suited to secure the 364-2624 Hose As.

Rework Procedure
- Follow the 371-4797 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Lines Gp (A) down the right inner frame where the 4D-7388 Clip (B) is securing 364-2624 Hose As (C) to the mounting plate for 371-4797 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Lines Gp (A).

Note: Retain the nut (D) and washer (E) for reassembly.

(E) Washer - Install 164-1549 Rod (1) where rod (F) was removed from the mounting plate.
- Assemble 5P-7469 Clip (2), 5P-7468 Clip (3), and 5P-8444 Grommet (4) to 364-2624 Hose As (C) and attach to 164-1549 Rod (1) using retained nut (D) and washer (E) as shown in Illustration 3.
Torque nut to
55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft) .
