熱的冷卻液、蒸氣和鹼可能造成人身傷害。 在引擎工作溫度下，引擎冷卻液是熱的且具有壓力。 散熱器和所有通向加熱器或引擎的管路內，都含有熱的冷卻液或蒸氣。 與它們有任何接觸，都可能引擎嚴重的燙傷。 只在引擎停機時，且冷卻系統壓力蓋的溫度已不燙手時，才可以慢慢拔掉冷卻系統壓力蓋來釋放壓力。 冷卻液還很燙時，請勿嘗試旋緊軟管接頭，這樣軟管可能會脫離，造成燙傷。 冷卻系統冷卻液添加物含有鹼。 避免與皮膚及眼睛接觸。 |

在檢驗、保養、測試、調整及修理產品時，請小心確保油液有容器盛裝。 在打開任何艙室或拆卸任何含有用液的組件前，應準備好盛裝用液的適當容器。 請參照專門出版物 , NENG2500, "代理商維修工具目錄 " 以瞭解哪些工具與用品適合盛裝 Cat 產品中的油液。 按照當地的條例和法規棄置廢棄的油液。 |
- 緩慢鬆開冷卻系統加注蓋以釋放壓力。 拆下冷卻系統加注口蓋。
- 如需添加卡特彼勒長效期冷卻液延長劑 ，則可能需要從冷卻系統排出足夠數量的冷卻液。
- 依您的引擎冷卻系統容量要求，加入 卡特彼勒長效期冷卻液延長劑 。 如需更多資訊，請參閱 操作保養手冊 , "再加注容量與建議 "。
- 清潔冷卻系統加注口蓋。 檢查冷卻系統加注蓋的墊片。 如果冷卻系統加注口蓋墊片已損壞，應更換冷卻系統加注口蓋。 安裝冷卻系統加注口蓋。
