Typical suspension seat (1) 186-9722 Wear Block

When installing a replacement suspension seat a 186-9722 Wear Block must be installed to prevent wear on the seat back.

Adaptable To:

Refer to the following procedure in order to install the 186-9722 Wear Block on the seats listed in Table 1.

Standard seat (B) 75 ± 0.8 mm (2.95 ± 0.03 inch) (C) Diameter 4.7 mm (0.185 inch) (D) 10 ± 2 mm (0.4 ± 0.08 inch)

Tee Seat (F) 75 ± 0.8 mm (2.95 ± 0.03 inch) (G) Diameter 4.7 mm (0.185 inch) (H) 12.5 ± 2 mm (0.5 ± 0.08 inch)

1. Drill two holes (C) or (G) at the back of the upper section of the seat.

   Refer to Illustration 2 for dimensions and location of holes for a standard seat.

   Refer to Illustration 3 for dimensions and location of holes for a Tee seat.

2. Install Item (1) with two of Item (2) onto the seat back. Refer to Illustration 4.
