Personal injury can result from the sudden release of high pressure oil. Be sure the engine has been shut off for a minimum of five minutes to ensure that the accumulator pressure is zero. The accumulator is filled with dry nitrogen. Do not loosen or remove the valve or the cap from the top of the accumulator. |

Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates. |
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace the O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.
- Release the system pressure.
- Connect the steering frame lock.

- Repeat Step 4 through Step 6 for the remaining accumulator.

- Install manifold (5) onto accumulator (4).

- Charge the blade cushion accumulator. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Accumulator (Blade Cushion) - Test and Charge".
- Repeat Step 1 through Step 4 for the remaining accumulator.
