Gear pump (1) is a tandem section gear-type pump that is mounted to the pump drive. The pump drive is driven by a drive link from the generator.
Gear pump (1) pulls oil from the suction port of the hydraulic tank into suction port (2). The oil flows from suction port (2) through the gear pump to discharge ports (3). The oil is then flows through the oil filters to the hoist control valve that distributes the hydraulic oil to the hoist system.
