New 4C6090 Multichannel Temperature Selector Available To Aid In Diagnosing Low Power Complaints {0781}
Usage:
The new 4C6090 Multichannel Temperature Selector is a switching instrument that allows the user to rapidly switch between 16 individual type K thermocouples, such as those used to measure exhaust temperature. The measurement of exhaust temperatures is one method of locating faulty fuel injectors.
Important features of the 4C6090 Multichannel Temperature Selector are:
- - An eight-channel cable pack stored in lid. An optional 4C6097 Cable Assembly (eight-channel cable pack) is available to provide 16-channel capability.
- - Used with the 6V7070 or 6V7800 Digital Multimeter and a 6V9129 Temperature Adapter to digitally display the temperatures.
- - Allows the serviceman to rapidly switch between 16 type K thermocouples (individual cylinder exhaust temperatures).
- - Used with the 6V7070 or 6V7800 Digital Multimeter and a 6V9129 Temperature Adapter to digitally display the temperatures.
The 4C6090 Multichannel Temperature Selector includes a 4C6096 Adapter Cable (1), a 4C6089 Foam Insert (2), 4C6093 Cable Pack for Ch. 1 - 8(3). See the illustration. Complete operating instructions are also included.
