A New Procedure is Used to Align The Air Conditioner Compressor Pulley on 793F, 795F and 797F Off-Highway Trucks {1802}

- 797F (S/N: LAJ1-UP)
has been added.
A new procedure is used to align the air conditioner (AC) compressor pulleys. Misalignment in the pulleys may cause the belt entry angle to be too great. Misalignment may allow the belt out of the grooves and the belt can become offset. Misalignment will cause either premature wear or belt shredding.
Refer to Special Instruction, REHS4747, "Realignment of The Air Conditioner Compressor Pulley on 793F, 795F and 797F Off-Highway Trucks" for the proper alignment procedure.
