A New Tube Updates the Water Lines Group for the High Altitude Machine Arrangement {1380}

Description of Change: The new tube is 208 mm (8.2 inch) long. The former tube was 203 mm (7.8 inch). The new, longer tube will help reduce the potential for coolant leaks at the tube joints.

The new 338-2549 Tube (1) is adaptable to machines 5YW1-UP and JSM1-368.
The new 338-2549 Tube (1) became effective in production with the machine JSM369-UP. Use the parts that are listed in Table 1 in order to update earlier machines to the new tube.
