Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Install the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".

1. Disconnect latch (1).

2. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto ladder assembly (2). The weight of ladder assembly (2) is approximately 236 kg (520 lb).

3. Remove cotter pin (3) and pin (4) in order to disconnect rod (5).

4. Remove plate (6).

5. Remove bolts (7).

6. Remove bolts (8).

7. Remove ladder (2).

Installation Procedure

2. Install bolts (8).

5. Install pin (4) and cotter pin (3) in order to connect rod (5).
