Dimension (Z) minus the lift-off dimension 0.32 ± 0.07 mm (0.013 ± 0.003 inch) equals the shim thickness.

Remove bolts (40) and plate (42).
Install pistons (39) and plate (42).
Apply Tooling (N) to bolts (40).
Install bolts (40). Tighten bolts (40) to a torque of 38 ± 4 N·m (28 ± 3 lb ft).
Install spring (33) into piston (41).

To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install valve assembly (5) and bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 75 N·m (55 lb ft).
