Description of Change:
ReferenceRefer to Specifications, RENR7527, "Piston Pump (Steering)" for the D8T. Refer to Specifications, RENR7532, "Steering Pump" for the D9T. Refer to Specifications, RENR7523, "Piston Pump (Steering)" for the 583T.The torque for the bolts and the plugs on the steering pump for the D8T, D9T and 583T has increased. The increased torque will help improve the service life for the steering pump by decreasing leaks.
If the steering pump is removed for any reason on machines that were built prior to the effective serial numbers, the plugs should be torqued to the new values.
