可以在机器上进行转向单向安全阀的功能测试。 按照以下步骤测试右转端口中的转向单向和安全阀。
- 拆卸管路 (1) 。
- 安装适合端口 "1" 内的 25.4 mm (1.00 in) 孔的板组件。
- 在板组件的快速连接器前插入一个三通管和一个压力表，或者使用泵上的压力表进行以下测试。
- 安装管路 (1) 。
- 连接从手动液压泵到板组件上的快速连接器的供油管路。 施加压力。
- 记录打开转向单向安全阀的压力。 如果压力读数不在可接受的范围内，更换转向单向安全阀。
- 使用转向控制阀 (3) 上的管路 (2) 检查左转端口中的转向单向和安全阀。
