Reports have been received from the field of the failure at early hours of the 254-7304 Hose (1) and the 300-8630 Hose (3) that are part of the 252-9107 Transmission Oil Cooler Gp . The hoses connect the engine to the transmission oil cooler core (2) that is mounted on the right frame rail.

Solution

During daily inspections, examine both hoses for any signs of wear such as bulges or cracks. If any signs of wear are visible, replace the worn part with a new part. A permanent solution is under investigation. After the permanent solution is validated, the permanent solution will be released.
