Usage:
1. Disconnect the batteries.
2. Carefully label all wires and terminals (1) coming through electrical conduit (3) and into the contactor box.
3. Remove each of the wires from the terminals.
4. Remove connector (2) holding the electrical conduit to the contactor box. Remove conduit and the electrical wires from inside the box.
5. Attach hoist and strap, as illustrated to the contactor box to stabilize unit during removal. Close the contactor box door to prevent damage during removal.
6. Remove oil line (7) and ground wire (6).
7. Remove three bolts and nuts (5) and remove contactor box and bracket (4).
8. If it is necessary to separate the contactor box from the contactor box bracket, carefully remove four shock mount bolts, nuts and washers securing the two.
NOTE: Installation of the contactor box is accomplished in the exact reverse order from removal.
9. Insure that ground strap (6) is clean and making good contact on both ends.
10. Prior to reconnecting the batteries, recheck the wire and terminal connections for correctness and good connection.
