Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting, and repair of the machine. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids. Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates. |

- Turn the machine to the right as the machine is parked in order to avoid a crushing hazard.
- Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position and remove the engine start switch key.
- Engage the front service lock valve.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Service Lock" for information on the service lock valves.
- Clean the filler cap and the surrounding area.
- Remove the filler cap.
- Fill the fuel tank with fuel.
- Install the filler cap.
- Disengage the front service lock valve.
