- 检查齿轮 (7) 的轮齿和花键是否磨损或损坏。 拆下轴承 (6) 和轴承 (8)。 检查簧环 (9) 和前壳体 (4) 是否磨损或损坏。 更换任何损坏或磨损的部件。
- 在轴承 (6) 的内表面 (X) 处连续涂敷一小滴工具 (B)。 将齿轮轴放在适当的支架上。 按压轴承 (6) 的内表面直至轴承 (6) 抵到齿轮 (7) 的凸肩上。 清除所有多余的密封胶。
- 在轴承 (8) 的内表面 (Z) 处连续涂敷一小滴工具 (B)。 将轴承 (8) 内表面放在适当的支架上。 将齿轮 (7) 的轴按压至轴承 (8) 中直至齿轮的凸肩抵到轴承上。 清除所有多余的密封胶。
- 在轴承 (6) 和 (8) 的外表面 (Y) 处连续涂敷一小滴工具 (B)。 将附件驱动壳体 (4) 放在适当的支架上。 将齿轮组件按入附件驱动壳体中。 确保轴承 (6) 抵到附件驱动壳体 (4) 中的凹槽前面。 清除所有多余的密封胶。
- 将簧环 (9) 安装到附件驱动壳体 (4) 的槽中。 确保簧环 (9) 在槽中的位置正确。
