(A) Use the following procedure to adjust the tension for the conveyor chain:
- Tighten the adjusters of the footshaft in order to remove the slack in the conveyor chain from the bottom strand.
- Loosen the adjusters by approximately one turn in order to provide a gap of approximately 5 to 15 mm (0.2 to 0.6 inch) between the frame and the chain of the footshaft.
