Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect

No clearance for person in this area when machine turns. Severe injury or death from crushing could occur. |
Note: The steering frame lock prevents the machine from articulating.
Note: Install the frame lock pin in the LOCKED position before you perform any of the following operations:
- Lift the machine.
- Transport the machine.
- Perform any work near the center of the machine.
- Pull back spring rod (3) in order to remove frame lock pin (1) from storage bracket (4).
- Pull back spring rod (2) and install frame lock pin (1) into the LOCKED position. Secure frame lock pin (1) in the LOCKED position with spring rod (2).

- Pull back spring rod (2) in order to remove frame lock pin (1) from the LOCKED position.
- Pull back spring rod (3) and install frame lock pin (1) into storage bracket (4). Secure frame lock pin (1) in storage bracket (4) with spring rod (3).
