Screed Chain (Crown) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the platform. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Platform - Remove and Install".
- Loosen bolts (1) in order to release the tension on the chain.

- Remove keeper (4) , side plate (3) , and master link (2) . Remove chain (5) from the machine.

Installation Procedure
- Install chain (5) , master link (2) , side plate (3) , and keeper (4) .

- The block assembly take-up should be approximately 53 ± 3 mm (2.0 ± 0.1 inch) from the top of the main frame. Tighten bolts (1) .
